We have a few different ways to charge for the leads we get you. But no matter what, you only pay when we actually bring results. If we don’t perform, you’re not stuck paying. Also know that we charge you only for qualified leads - someone who is actively searching for the services you offer—not just random traffic or casual browsers. With that said, the following are different ways we charge you for our services.

Fixed Cost Per Lead: We can agree on a fixed cost per lead for every qualified lead I get to your business. This is good if you only have 1 product/service you want to sell.

Separate Cost Per Lead: If you have multiple products/services, we can charge a separate fixed cost per lead for every product/service you have, if you only have a few. If you have too many, we can do an overall average cost per lead (next paragraph).

Overall average cost per lead for multiple leads: If a lot of products/services with a wide range of prices, we can charge you an overall or average cost per lead. For example, if you have 10 different products with prices that range from $10 - $100, we can just agree to charge you $20 for every single lead no matter if the lead brough you $10, $50, or even $100.

Milestones or objectives per month style: We can also set up a milestone-based plan. That means you pay a fixed monthly fee based on the number of leads I deliver. For example, if we agree on 10 leads per month and I hit that, you pay the set fee. If I start delivering 20 leads, the fee goes up—because we’ve reached a new milestone. I’ll only increase the monthly charge when I hit the next level of results.

Everything Is Tracked

If you're concerned about how we’ll track leads and qualify them, don’t worry—we’ve got it covered. Every interaction through our marketing—calls, emails, form submissions, button clicks, and chats—will be tracked. You'll also get a mobile app to easily view and manage your leads in real time. Plus, you’ll have the ability to disqualify any lead you feel isn’t a good fit, so you're never charged for leads that don’t go anywhere.

Question 1: How much will you charge me per lead if we partner up?

The amount I will charge you per lead will depend on the average cost a product/service goes for in your industry. If you have multiple products or services with different price points, we can have a different price per lead for each.

So, let's say the average job or product in your industry is around $10,000. That's pretty high. So, the cost for every qualified lead will probably be around $200. If that sounds like too much, consider this. Imagine I was to get you about 10 qualified leads per month. Out of those 10 qualified leads you close only 2 deals. So, that means you made 20,000. For 10 leads you paid me $2,000. In return you got $20,000. That sounds like an extremely solid deal to me.

If the average job in your business is just $100 bucks or even just $10 bucks, then I will adjust my cost per lead accordingly. For $100 I would probably do $10 bucks per lead. And for $10 bucks I would do $2 bucks per lead. We can always negotiate this price based on how often each of these leads will likely close. More about this on the next 2 questions.

Question 2: How will I know I will be paying ONLY for high quality leads?

First, let's define high quality lead. For me, a high-quality lead is a person that actively is looking for your product(s) or service(s). Not someone that just visited your website or commented on your social media post. A qualified lead is anyone who takes action by filling out a form on our website or ad, sending us a direct message through social media, texting our phone, or calling us directly. Every one of these actions will be tracked. You will also be able to take a look at every conversation or lead through your phone or computer.

What if a salesperson or random person sends us a message or a sales pitch instead of being actually interested in our services?

Every lead will be tracked and accounted for. At the end of each month, you’ll have the ability to review all leads and flag any that aren’t qualified. I’ll provide a simple system where you can sort disqualified leads into their own category. You will not be charged for any verified disqualified leads.

For example, if I generate 10 leads for you in a given month, and you identify 2 as unqualified, you’ll only be billed for the 8 verified leads that meet our criteria.

Question 3: Are there any other fees other than the fixed cost per lead?

Yes, there will be 2 fees. One will be a setup fee to get everything started, and the other will be a monthly website hosting fee and maintenance fee. The website hosting fee will be $97 monthly for everyone. The setup fee will vary depending on what industry you're in. The setup fee can anywhere from $1,000 - $3,000. The more groundwork it takes to get your marketing going, the higher the setup fee will be. Typically, for businesses that have a higher cost per lead will require a bigger setup fee. That is because we really need to work up a potential customer before we are able to close them. The higher the ticket item, the more work there has to be done to make them into customers.

I will also make your website a high converting website. In other words, I’ll do everything possible to optimize your website so that every visitor has the highest chance of becoming a paying customer. I will personalize the content of your website and make it more persuasive. I will implement multiple ways to capture leads on your website like calendars, surveys, and other types of forms. I will make your website easy to navigate and find information. Everything that makes your website more likely to sell I will do.

Email Marketing Drip: I’ll build a complete follow-up email sequence that automatically kicks in when someone fills out a form on your website.
